Successful Event Planning
You don’t have to arrange big door-to-door sales campaigns or complex events to hit your fundraising goals. Inviting all your supporters to a dinner at Crooked Pint is a breeze. All it takes is a little planning:
- Pick a date. Schedule your fundraising evening at least a month out so you have plenty of time to reach out to one of our managers. The best days are Monday or Tuesday, as we can provide your cause with more table space for dine-in attendees. During your early planning stages, start thinking about how much money you need to collect, how many attendees you expect to have, and when everyone is likely to be available for a great night out.
- Contact our team. Call or email your local Crooked Pint and ask to speak to the general manager. They can help arrange the right date for the event and create colorful vouchers for your attendees, so all you have to do is pass them out.
- Start marketing. Promote your fundraising event across social media, your website, and any newsletters and communications you send out. Consider everyone wanting to support your organization or a particular cause, and send them your vouchers.
